Group Facilitation
Create meaningful spaces for connection, reflection, and growth.
I provide facilitated group experiences for organizations, churches, community groups, and professional settings. Each group is thoughtfully designed around the needs of your audience and may incorporate therapeutic education, guided conversation, creative expression, and experiential activities.
From emotional wellness and relationships to self-worth, stress management, faith, and personal growth, group topics can be customized to support the goals of your community.

Join the waitlist to be the first to hear about new group offerings, upcoming dates, and registration opportunities. Whether you’re looking for connection, personal growth, emotional wellness, or a creative space to reflect and heal, upcoming groups will provide opportunities to grow alongside others in a supportive environment.
Joining the waitlist does not commit you to participating. It simply lets us know you’re interested and allows us to reach out when a group that may be a good fit becomes available.
